The Frostline Co.

Terms of service

How this works.

Short version: consultative process. If no work is done, nothing is owed. Beyond that, I stay reasonable and responsible to the customer. That's the whole policy.

Last updated 20 April 2026.

1. Parties

This agreement is between The Frostline Co. — Eric Minish, sole proprietor, Central Lake, Michigan (“Frostline,” “I”) — and the contracting business (“you,” “client”). Accepting a written quote or paying the setup fee constitutes agreement to these terms.

2. Services

Frostline provides a managed website and lead-intake system for the client. Standard services include:

  • A 3-page website built for the client's business;
  • An intake form configured for the client's pricing model;
  • Lead alerts by email, text, or push notification;
  • A running log of every lead received;
  • Weekly callback summary and monthly review call;
  • Ongoing hosting, upkeep, and a text channel for quick questions.

An optional pre-screened lead service is available as an add-on under Section 3.

3. Fees

Setup fee: $2,000 one-time, payable when the build begins.

Monthly fee: $300, payable at the start of each month.

Optional upgrade: +$500 per month for pre-screened, graded leads with notes and real callbacks when warranted.

All fees are in US dollars and exclude any applicable taxes.

4. Billing & cancellation

Service is month-to-month after the setup fee. Either party may terminate with thirty (30) days written notice; email is sufficient.

The setup fee is non-refundable once the build has begun. Monthly fees already paid for the current period are non-refundable. No future monthly fees will be charged after a cancellation notice takes effect.

5. Partial or stopped work

If work is paused or cancelled before the build is complete, fees will be prorated fairly based on what has actually been delivered. Frostline will not bill for work not performed, and will not invoice an adjustment without first discussing and agreeing on the amount.

6. Ownership

The client retains full ownership of the website content, the domain name, and any phone number provisioned on their behalf, from day one of service. On termination, Frostline will transfer all credentials and administrative access to the client within seven (7) calendar days.

7. Work outside the monthly

Work beyond the standard scope — additional pages, custom integrations, or significant changes that require meaningful time — will be quoted separately in writing. No out-of-scope work will proceed without the client's written approval of the estimate.

8. Response time

Standard response to client requests is two to three (2–3) business hours during business hours (Monday–Friday, 8am–6pm Eastern). Off-hours response is best-effort. Frostline does not operate on a 24/7 schedule and does not charge as if it does.

9. Promises & limits

Frostline commits to: reliable intake of leads submitted through the client's website and phone number, and fair and responsive operation of the service under the terms above.

Frostline does not guarantee specific lead volume, close rates, market outcomes, or any business result dependent on factors outside the service, including but not limited to seasonality, local competition, and the client's own operational follow-through.

10. Disputes

Any disagreement about fees or services will first be addressed by direct conversation in good faith. Neither party shall be entitled to compensation in excess of what has reasonably been earned or incurred under these terms. Nothing in this section waives either party's rights under applicable law.
