The Frostline Co.
I'm Eric Minish in Central Lake. Years of operational work for large companies; now doing it closer to home for the trades who lose jobs to slow follow-up in the field.
01 / The problem
Your phone rings while you're drilling. Or at lunch. Or nobody charged the work phone last night. You miss it. You see the voicemail that evening. You call back in the morning. Too late. The caller already hired whoever rang them back faster.
You've got the rig. You've got the know-how. You've got the pricing. You're just missing the customer when they come looking. The jobs you should've won go to whoever had a system.
02 / The work
I build the system you should have. A real website for your business: your name, your license, your service area, your photos. A form that asks the right questions when someone wants a quote. And the plumbing behind it so leads reach you the second they come in.

Everything in Standard, plus:
No tiers beyond this. No discounts for fast yeses. No $49 hosting option. If that's what you need, I'm not your guy.
I'm in this with you, not selling you a subscription. Some things do sit outside the monthly — custom work specific to your business, anything that takes real time. When that comes up, I'll quote it upfront and you decide.
Full policy in plain language: how this works.
I'm looking for a few early well driller partners in 2026 to prove the model. If you're one of the first, you get more of my attention, pricing that won't last past the first few partners, and your feedback shapes what I build for everyone else.
04 / Process
First, a 30-minute call. Or in person if you'd rather meet.
You tell me how leads come in today, how you price jobs, where the chaos lives. I take notes.
Then I build. You send me your license number, service area, and a few photos. Or just connect me with whoever has the details on hand. I handle the rest: copy, design, form, alerts, log, the whole thing.
You're live in 10 days.
After launch, we keep talking. Monthly check-in to look at what came in, what converted, what to tune. Text, email, or call — whatever's fastest — for upkeep and quick questions in between.
05 / Get in touch
Easiest thing is to email me with a rough idea of how leads come in today and the phone you answer work calls on. We'll book a time from there.
Central Lake, Michigan. If you're close enough and want to meet in person, I'll come to you.
06 / FAQ
No long-term lock-in. Month to month after the setup fee. Thirty days notice if you want out. The setup fee doesn't come back with you — that pays for the build — but nothing else is held hostage.
Two to three business hours during business hours. Monday through Friday, eight to six Eastern. Text, email, or call — whatever you already use. Off hours I'll do what I can, but I don't pretend to be 24/7 and I don't charge like it.
A thirty-minute call. Your license number, service area, and whoever has a handful of job-site photos on their phone. That's most of it. I'll ask the rest during the call.
You do. All three. I set them up, I run them, but your name is on everything from day one. If we part ways, you keep the whole stack. I hand over the credentials within seven days.
No, and I'd walk away from anyone who promises that. Lead volume depends on your reputation, your market, the season, what the rigs are doing up the road. I can promise you won't miss the ones that do come in. That's a guarantee I can actually keep.
Not out of the box. The standard package catches the leads you already have coming in — phone, referral, search, word of mouth. SEO and ads are a different job, and they're not in the $300 monthly.
If you want either one, say so on the call and I'll scope it and quote it separately so the pricing stays clean. I still won't promise you a specific number of leads from any of it. Anybody who does is guessing.
The standard package runs the front door — the site, the form, the alerts, the lead log. Scheduling, dispatch, and bookkeeping sit past that point, so they're not in the monthly. That said, this is where we're starting. If one of those is a real pain for you, bring it up on the call. It's a different conversation than the standard package, but it's one I'm open to.
I quote it up front. Small changes are in the monthly. Anything that's real work — a fourth page, a custom workflow, a specific integration — I price it separately so there are no surprises and you decide before I start.
